Wa gwan. what r u boys sayin about ragga and dub. You know its the shiznit when your lean. Personaly i like to listen to ragga while smoking and dub after smoking.
The main ragga players on my stereo are vybz kartel, elephant man, sizzla, capleton, tok, shockout volume 1 and some heavy mix tapes. Ragga sounds heavy when incorporated in uk hip hop though, just check out Lethal Bizzle's Pow and Terra Firma massive.
The main dub players on my stereo be Pole, Lee Perry, King Tubby, Roots Manuva (dub come get me), Massive attack v mad professor, Jah Wobble.
p.s BOB MARLEY's track 'burnin' and lootin' is probably the best reggae track i've heard. Check it out.

Don't really listen to too much reggae but I'm feeling Augustus Pablo and Scientist on a dub tip. Scientist Wins the World Cup is the dopest dub LP.

Scientist is definatly dope. Some of his stuff is on the GTAIII soundtrack. Most of his albums are out on the Greensleeves label, one of the biggest ragga/reggae/dub records labels around. Definately worth checking their roster as they have some phat acts and mixtapes.

If you want to listen to some experimental / avant garde dub try African Head Charge's 'my life in a hole in the ground' fusing native african melodies, cavernous bass and freeform percussion. Sick
Also try Creation Rebel, Dub Syndicate, Audio Active and Dry and Heavy. (these are some serious underground dub-meisters)
