His Run The Road Vol.2 track 'sick 2 def' accoustic was a breath of fresh air.
His lyrics where one of the best on the whole album and that album featured Kano, Klashnekoff, JME etc.
He's got a new 7" comming out featuring sick 2 def and another track on 679 recordings next week. Can't wait to cop that.
Plus he's the only guy who's ever mentioned the film 'irreversible' in his track so hardcore props
Also while i'm here.
Just got Jehst's new ep 'nuke proof suit' and Kano's new mixtape 'beats + bars' so theres some heavy ish comming out right bout now. Also Jehst has a mixtape comming out early next year called 'underworld epics'.

Yeah Plab B's Fairly cushty... and for an artist to actually spend a week on filming such a good video in Stop Motion, he definatly earns my respect!!! I caught him live the other week warming up for Roots Manuva, and although people had reported to me that he was "Shit" live. I gotta say i was Impressed by the over-all performance, Although the crowd could have shown him some more respect!

 the dude's heavy, his sick 2 def track is crazy, the last verse is the nicest, i love his little backwards story, theres not enuf decent story tracks about at the minute!
